Samsung Electronics to Sponsor Beijing 2008 Paralympics
Samsung Electronics recently signed a sponsorship deal with the Chinese government to provide technical support for mobile communications during the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games, which will be held from 6 to 17 September 2008 in Beijing, China. 29 Nov 2007

This is the second time Samsung sponsors the Paralympic Games after the Torino 2006 Paralympic Winter Games. Since 2006, the company is also a World Wide Partner of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), the global governing body of the Paralympic Movement.
