Hidden in the Stubai Alps, between the Nedertal and Sellrain Valleys, the resort is Austria’s highest winter sports destination.

With guaranteed snow and at a height of over 2,000 metres above sea level, Kuhtai has been used for alpine winter sports since 1909.

It hosted the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics and has been the venue for multiple World Cup competitions.

There are 41 kilometres of piste for skiers to enjoy, with accommodation situated on the slopes so that you can ski straight out of your lodge and onto the snow.

As well as alpine skiing, visitors can enjoy other pursuits including tobogganing, cross-country skiing and even igloo-building!

The resort also has a number of wheelchair-accessible hotels, making it the perfect location for Para skiers.
