China’s Jianwen Hu provided one of the biggest upsets of Rio 2016 when he stormed to gold in the men’s 100m T38, leaving defending champion Evan O’Hanlon behind as he smashed the Australian’s world record in the process, clocking 10.74 seconds.

Hu went on to win long jump T38 gold as well a silver medal over 400m, and he will have high hopes for this year’s World Championships – in fact it’s a destination he can’t wait to visit.

My favourite holiday destination would be London.

Two essential items I would take would be my cellphone and my computer.
