It’s time to turn up the volume as multiple world and Paralympic champion Raymond Martin selects this week’s #MusicMonday from his playlist.

The 22-year-old won two world titles in Doha, Qatar, last year to add to the five global golds he won in 2013.

Now with the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games on the horizon he will be hoping to add to his Paralympic gongs too, having won gold in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m T52 at London 2012.

Here is Raymond’s #MusicMonday:

At training

Usher – Yeah! It came out about a decade ago I know but ever since then I try and put it in my playlist for training. It gets me going.

Pre-competition

Run This Town – Jay-Z - I don’t know if it’s the beat or something but when I listen to this song my heartrate goes up a bit so I try and get that in to warm up.

In the car

The Smiths – There Is A Light That Never Goes Out - They’re kind of an old band and I really like them.
