Sport specific information

When and where did you begin this sport?
She began skiing at age three.
Why this sport?
"[Skiing] is my greatest life passion. As a woman with a disability, I am often given limitations from people that do not know anything about me. Then they see me ski. Skiing has given me a sense of freedom, confidence and determination. If I was not born 'different', I would not have been given this amazing opportunity to live a life that constantly excites and challenges me - the life of a future Paralympic ski racer. For that reason, I do not simply ski for myself. I ski for everyone with a disability that has been told, 'You can't'."
