INTERNATIONAL PROJECT
He is one of several Lao athletes with a visual impairment taking part in a project with the Japanese not-for-profit organisation 'Asian Development with Disabled Persons' [ADDP]. The project uses sport to encourage social integration and independence among people with impairments in Lao People's Democratic Republic.
