Sport specific information

When and where did you begin this sport?
He began Para athletics in secondary school.
Why this sport?
"I went to a special needs secondary school and really struggled for the first year and a half. I didn't really want to be there and I kept getting into trouble, but half way through year eight, my PE [Physical Education] teacher saw that I was really focused when doing my PE sessions and that I was good at running. My teacher knew a lady that worked for Mencap [learning disability charity] and decided to put together a team and enter the Mencap Nationals and that is where I first started to win my athletics medals."
Training Regime
He trains two hours a day, six days per week.
