Other information
NO PARALYMPIC GAMES
He has announced that he does not think he will be going to the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo due to fatigue causing him to miss qualification competitions. "I'm for sure not going to the Paralympic Games next year in Tokyo, because there are no more 1500 metre races left to run to make a qualification towards it. I have been really tired lately due to a couple of weeks over training earlier this summer. I'm sorry that I did not make it to Tokyo - I should have." (Facebook page, 25 Aug Sep 2019)

PREFERS LONG RACES
He says he prefers longer distances because his muscles suffer more over short distances. He wants longer races to be included in the Paralympic Games, as currently the longest distance in his category is 1500m. "I am good at keeping a high tempo for a long time, as I have high oxygen intake and a high level of fitness. I want to get more focus on the longer distances. I think sports should be for everyone and appeal to all types of athletes with different talents." (tv2lorry.dk, 26 Jun 2019; dansk-atletik.dk, 23 Jun 2019)
