When and where did you begin this sport?
She began able-bodied swimming at age five and started training in the sport when she was 11. She took up in Para swimming in 2015.
Why this sport?
Her parents enrolled her in swimming lessons after a number of teenagers drowned in an accident close to where she grew up. "It was because of this tragedy that I began swimming. And I liked it."
