Sport specific information

When and where did you begin this sport?
He took up the sport in 2015.
Why this sport?
"My dad took myself and [my] brothers down to London for the Paralympics and also the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, which really motivated me as I could see what can be achieved with hard work." After taking up athletics, his coaches suggested he should focus on the throws events. "They advised me that I'd be good at throwing, so they put me in touch with a coach in Shettleston. I like trying different things. At first I was a runner, but [throwing] is better for me as I get to show my strength."
