IMPAIRMENT
She was born with Turner syndrome, which only affects females. She was not diagnosed with the condition until she was age 15, although she had undergone growth hormone treatment when she was younger. "For me, the illness is not an impairment because I continue being a normal girl. I have a normal life and I train. Sure, there are some limitations because of my stature, but those are limits that I can overcome. If I commit to it, I will. Impairment is a limit that you set yourself."
