When and where did you begin this sport?
She began competing in 2005.
Why this sport?
Her physiotherapist encouraged her to take up running after noticing she enjoyed it and could not sit still. She began to dream of representing Australia after meeting wheelchair racer Louise Sauvage at the 2000 Paralympic Games in Sydney.
