MEDAL DONATIONS
She auctioned her gold medal from the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro to fund the treatment of a nine-year-old Polish girl with leukaemia. "While being in Rio for the Paralympic Games, I decided that if won a medal, I would do this. I did win it in the end, so I could do my part. Currently, Victoria is undergoing a transplant. I feel good, and I'm happy to help." The following year she also donated her gold medal from the 2017 World Championships in London, England. "Just like after Rio, I want to donate this medal to someone who needs it. It will go to my friend´s mother who has got cancer and needs treatment. It is very important to me to help them."
