BUSINESS
She and her husband Alexandre Dupont run Revolution Sports from a workshop next to their home. They design specialised sports items and other custom-made products for Para sport. She previously worked in an office setting for more than 15 years. "It was an idea that Alex had. He was looking for a training roller and he couldn't find the quality that he wanted. So, he decided that he was going to make one for himself. Alex made one and then he said, 'I think we should make these for other athletes, because we can make them better than other businesses can'. We've tried to develop a one-stop shop for wheelchair racers, so we are carrying a lot of the products that are needed to train and compete. We know what they need because we've been there ourselves." (coupdoeil.info, 30 Jan 2019; athletics.ca, 04 Feb 2021; revolutionsports.ca, 01 Jan 2020)

BREAK FROM COMPETITION
She took a break from the sport after winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing. However, she was inspired to begin racing again after watching her husband Alexandre compete at the 2012 Games in London. (indcatholicnews.com, 10 Sep 2012; dynamichcs.com, 26 May 2012)
