When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up athletics at age seven at TSV Chemie Premnitz in Germany. As a teenager she switched to Para athletics after she was discovered by coach Ralf Paulo.
Why this sport?
Her parents were looking for a meaningful activity for her and the athletics club was their first idea.
