When and where did you begin this sport?
He first began wheelchair basketball in 2007 before taking up shooting Para sport.
Why this sport?
"I frequently visited the Police Hospital because it was where I underwent my therapies and I was invited to be part of a group who would try out various wheelchair sports. There I started with wheelchair basketball."

He has represented Peru in wheelchair basketball, and competed in the sport at the 2019 Para Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. (lima2019.pe, 29 Aug 2019)
