He took up the sport in 2015 in San Agustin del Guadalix, Spain.
Why this sport?
After eight months living in Spain, he was told his physical condition would not improve, which led him to look for a sport. He first tried wheelchair basketball but later he switched to Para powerlifting when he was invited by a friend to try the sport.
