When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up Para athletics in 2018 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, India.
Why this sport?
She was originally involved in badminton at school level before switching to freestyle wrestling in 2016. After spending three months in hospital due to her accident in November 2017, she returned home the following February. In July 2018 she began Para athletics as part of her rehabilitation. "Sports and I were meant for each other so along with my coach I decided on competing in the club throw discipline."
She trains three times a week at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, India.
