SANCTION
In December 2018 the International Paralympic Committee [IPC] announced he had been suspended from competition for a period of four years after committing an anti-doping violation. He had tested positive for the banned substance methoxy polyethylene glycol-epoetin [CERA] in April 2017 at an out-of-competition test in London, England. His ban is due to end in April 2021.
