She took up the sport at Doncaster Athletic Club in England.
Why this sport?
She was involved in dancing, swimming and horse riding before she began Para athletics. "I found that I really liked running. I have met people who have become good friends, and this has also boosted my confidence."

In 2019 she received a special recognition award from the South Yorkshire County Athletics Association [SYCAA] in England after she competed at the 2018 Cerebral Palsy International Sport and Recreation Association [CPISRA] World Games in Sant Cugat del Valles, Spain. (, 17 Mar 2019)
