She took up the sport in 1999 at age nine in Teplice, Czech Republic.

She became involved with Para athletics during her rehabilitation in Teplice, Czech Republic.

She competed in Para road cycling at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. She has also represented Czech Republic in Para archery.
