When and where did you begin this sport?
During high school she was approached by Ross Cramp, the Partnership Development Manager for North Herts School Sport Partnership. He invited her to attend athletics training with other people who had impairments.
Why this sport?
"At first, I was really nervous but I soon made friends and enjoyed sports even more. After a couple of sessions, I felt more confident as I was racing against people at my speed and ability which made it seem fairer to me."
