During training, she does laps of a four-and-a-half kilometre course, which has around 900 metres of climb. She eats various high-protein foods as part of her diet. "I used to eat chicken which I thought was best for me. However, I began eating other meat, soy beans, eggs and the like, and it reduced my injuries."
