When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up Para swimming in late 2014, and began competing in June 2015.
Why this sport?
In October 2014 she attended the Challenged Athletes Foundation [CAF] 'Best Day in Tri' Weekend in San Diego, CA, United States of America. Having previously swum at high school, she took part in the Para swimming clinics at the event and fell in love with the sport again.
Training Regime
She trains for six hours a day as a resident athlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO, United States of America.

Impairment
In 2013, after two years of pain from what she thought was tendinitis, it was discovered that the discomfort was caused by her veins being underdeveloped and inflamed.
