Australia’s Matt Bugg was the clear winner in the 2.4mR class of the Sail Melbourne competition of the ISAF Sailing World Cup, which took place from 6-12 November.

Having come first in nine out of 10 races, he won gold with an 11 point lead on teammates Greg Hyde, who took silver, and Michael Leydon in third place.

Great Britain’s Paralympic team, Alexandra Rickham and Niki Birrell, were not so dominant in the Skud class, but nevertheless maintained their lead to take gold. Four points behind them were Australia’s Daniel Fitzgibbon and Liesel Tesch, who took silver and their teammates Jamie Dunross and Rachael Cox, who won bronze.
