DB Schenker extends IPC partnership

DB Schenker has extended its agreement to provide the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), headquartered in Bonn, Germany with logistics, freight forwarding and customs clearance services for the four year period across Sochi 2014 and Rio 2016 Paralympic Games as well as other key IPC events.

The IPC and DB Schenker have been working together since Athens 2004.

The IPC is the global governing body of the Paralympic Movement. The IPC co-ordinates the organisation of the Summer and Winter Paralympic Games, and serves as the International Federation for nine sports, for which it supervises and manages the World Championships and other competitions.
