IFDS sends invitation to 2011 Development Seminar

The International Association for Disabled Sailing (IFDS) has invited conference delegates who are interested in developing the sport of sailing for people with disabilities to attend a Development Seminar in Puerto Rico on Monday 7 November 2011 from 09:30 to 13:30 local time.

The seminar will provide a short introduction into what the IFDS does to encourage sailing for people with disabilities.

Speakers will share their successes and difficulties in establishing sailing programmes that include sailors with disabilities, and there will be an open discussion for questions and ideas-sharing on how more opportunities for sailors of all abilities can be created.
