IPC Appoints New Communication Senior Manager

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Spence as the new IPC Media & Communications Senior Manager.

Spence previously worked as communications manager for the Rugby Football League (RFL) until May. Within the IPC he will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy as well as act as the official spokesperson for the organization.

Spence will take up the full-time position from 1 September at the IPC’s headquarters in Bonn.

Said IPC President Sir Philip Craven "We are delighted that someone of Craig’s quality is now joining us and we look forward to him joining up with the IPC."

Educated at the University of Central Lancashire, Spence also has experience working as account manager at public relations agency Ptarmigan and PR executive at major UK-based water company Yorkshire Water.
