Olympic and Paralympic Pedagogy Discussed in Iran

The Symposium which was hosted by the National Olympic & Paralympic Academy of Iran took place on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Iranian National Olympic Committee. The opening ceremony included among others a message from Dr. Jacques Rogge, IOC President and a video message from Sir Philip Craven, IPC President.

Lecturers from Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Romania, Korea, Georgia and China as well as several Iranian lecturers participated in the symposium and gave presentations in the field of Olympic and Paralympic Pedagogy, especially exchanging information about programmes and research implemented in schools and universities.
