Tickets for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games will go on-sale from Monday 9 October 2023, with general admission for all 22 sports starting from EUR 15. In total, Paris 2024 has 2.8 million tickets to sell on a first come, first served basis for the Paralympic Games and more than half of all tickets are priced EUR 25 or less.

It is anticipated that 4,400 Para athletes from around 180 delegations will compete at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games which take place between 28 August and 8 September. Across the 22 sports, there will be 549 medal events and 267 sport sessions, with many of the events taking place in the heart of the city.

“In keeping with previous Games, we have worked hard with the Organising Committee to ensure affordable and family friendly prices for world class sport in absolutely stunning and iconic venues."

“Paris 2024 will also set a new benchmark in the range of hospitality products available ensuring there is something for absolutely everyone.

“Over the last decade we have witnessed a dramatic improvement in athletic performance across all 22 sports, while the depth of talent and level of competition has never been better. In terms of sport performance there is no doubt that Paris 2024 will be the best Paralympic Games ever.

“As with every Games, we hope we can sell every single ticket to spectators once they go on-sale on 9 October. With world class sport, stunning venues, and affordable tickets we aim to achieve this goal.”

Magnificent venues

Paris 2024 will take several sports out of the stadia and place them in iconic and world-famous venues, providing a magnificent backdrop for world class sport.

Roland-Garros will host wheelchair tennis at Paris 2024 ⒸParis 2024


Para archery (29 August to 5 September) and the Para athletics marathon finish (8 September) will be held on the Esplanade des Invalides opposite the magnificent Hotel des Invalides.

Following a four-year-long renovation, the architectural masterpiece that is le Grand Palais will host Para taekwondo (29-31 August) competition and wheelchair fencing (3-7 September).

With its stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, the Champ-de-Mars Arena will host wheelchair rugby (29 August-2 September) and Para judo (5-7 September) events, while the Eiffel Tower stadium adjacent to the world famous tower will stage blind football competition (1-7 September).

Paris’s majestic Pont Alexandre III bridge which connects le Grand Palais and Invalides will be the backdrop to the Para triathlon events (1-2 September).

Just outside of Paris, Para equestrian competition will be held at Chateau de Versailles (3-7 September).

Para swimming will be contested at the La Defense Arena ⒸParis 2024


Tickets for all 22 sports start from EUR 15, with the most expensive ticket – a First category for Para athletics finals – costing EUR 100.

Spectacular Ceremonies

For the first time in the history of the Paralympic Games, Paris 2024 will stage the Opening Ceremony outside of a stadium. On 28 August, the iconic Champs-Elysees and Place de la Concorde at the heart of the city will be the impressive setting for a ceremony that will open with a parade of 4,400 Para athletes from around 180 delegations.

Around 65,000 people will be able to attend the ceremony, including 30,000 with free access to the lower end of the Champs-Elysees. Tickets for the Opening Ceremony are priced from EUR 150 to EUR 700.

Following 10 days of world class sport, the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony will be held at the Stade de France on 8 September 2024. It will be the last opportunity for Thomas Jolly, artistic director of the Paris 2024 four ceremonies, to bring his innovative approach to the world. Tickets for the Stade de France ceremony will range from EUR 45 to EUR 450.

Special offers and hospitality

In keeping with the tradition that the Paralympic Games is the biggest global mega-event that is affordable to groups and families, Paris 2024 has introduced a range of special offers.

A limited number of two children’s tickets can be purchased for EUR 10 for sport sessions, when bought alongside two adult tickets.

For EUR 24, spectators can purchase a Discovery Pass which provides access to several sports on the same day.

The Discovery Pass for Paris Centre provides access to between three and six sports: Wheelchair fencing and Para taekwondo (Grand Palais), Para judo and wheelchair rugby (Arena Champs-de-Mars), blind football (Eiffel Tower Stadium) and Para archery (Invalides).

Spectators buying the Discovery Pass for Paris Sud can take in boccia (Arena Paris Sud 1), Para table tennis (Arena Paris Sud 4), and goalball (Paris Arena Sud 6).
