In the following, we will inform you about how we process your personal data when you participate in Forms surveys.

Information on the processing purpose regarding Forms surveys 

 

3.1 Purposes
When you participate in Forms surveys, we process your personal data for the purpose of obtaining your feedback and enabling us to evaluate it and subsequently take optimization measures. Furthermore we can process the data to update our records and strengthen our engagement with you across our network. 

 

3.2 Legal basis 
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in obtaining your feedback easily and digitally via forms. The data is collected solely for the purpose of improving processes, collaboration, the working environment and communication with you. 

 

3.3 Recipients 
Processors may access your data to the extent necessary. These are the service provider we use to conduct the online survey (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) and, where applicable, other service providers who provide IT services for us. 

These processors are carefully selected and regularly reviewed by us to ensure that your personal data is in good hands. The service providers may only process your personal data for the purposes specified by us. 

 

3.4 Intended transfer to third countries 
Within the scope of the data processing in question, your personal data may be transferred to entities whose registered office or place of data processing is not located in a Member State of the European Union or in another contracting state of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In this case, we will ensure prior to the transfer that, except in cases of legally permitted exceptions, the recipient either has an adequate level of data protection (e.g. through an adequacy decision by the European Commission, through appropriate safeguards such as the agreement of so-called EU standard data protection clauses of the European Commission with the recipient) or that your express consent has been obtained. 

You can obtain an overview of the recipients in third countries and a copy of the specific arrangements agreed to ensure an adequate level of data protection from us. Please use the information provided in section 1 for this purpose. 

 

3.5 Duration of storage 
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes of your feedback and our evaluation. 

 

3.6 Obligation to provide data and consequences of not providing data 
You are not required to provide any personal data. In some cases, you can participate in online surveys anonymously. In cases where personal data is required, please note that you will not be able to participate in the survey and your feedback cannot be processed.  

 

4.0 Your rights 
As a data subject, you have the following rights in accordance with the GDPR as far as the respective legal requirements are met: 

Access: You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us.  

Rectification: You can obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Furthermore, you can obtain the completion of incomplete data. 

Erasure: In specific cases you can obtain the erasure of your personal data.  

Restriction of processing: In specific cases you can obtain restriction of processing of your personal data.  

Data portability: If you provided data to us based on a contract or your consent, you can demand that you receive the provided data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or that we transmit the data directly to another controller. 

Withdrawal of consent: If you gave your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data until your withdrawal will not be affected.

Right of appeal: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly one in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, work place, or the place of the suspected violation, if you are of the view that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
