Iran

Islamic Republic of Iran has yet to claim its first medal at the Paralympic Winter Games.

The NPC made its debut at the Nagano 1998 Paralympic Winter Games.

Alpine skier Sadegh Kalhor competed at all five Paralympic Winter Games at which Islamic Republic of Iran was present, and he was the only athlete to represent the NPC at the last four Paralympic Winter Games.

Kalhor's best finish was a 12th place in the men's giant slalom LW2 at the Salt Lake City 2002 Paralympic Winter Games.

Kalhor only competed in the men's slalom standing at the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games, finishing in 20th place.
