She began skiing at age six.
Why this sport?
"I can compete in able-bodied sports about the same way as able-bodied kids, which makes me feel more included. And I'm able to do this sport, whereas in many others, it's a lot harder for me to adapt."

In 2020 she and coach Jamie McCulloch were one of 55 athlete-coach partnerships selected to receive a 10,000 Canadian dollar grant from Petro-Canada's Fuelling Athlete and Coaching Excellence [FACE] programme.
