National Paralympic Day celebrations took place on 19 September in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to mark the 25th anniversary of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).

The event, which was organised to promote para-sport in Mongolia, saw representatives from governmental, non-governmental and international organisations, embassies in Ulaanbaatar and Mongolian para-sport federations amongst the 300 people who took part.

On display were examples of para-sport and cultural performances by children and athletes with an impairment from local schools and para-sport federations.
