The Alpensia Biathlon Centre will host not just one of the four World Cups on the 2016-17 circuit, but also the Nordic skiing events at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Paralympics. In preparation for the Paralympics, this World Cup competition will also serve as a Test Event for PyeongChang 2018.
