IBSA launches 2019 World Games bid process

The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) has announced the beginning of the bid process for the 2019 World Games.

All IBSA member countries interested in hosting the event must complete an expression of interest form on IBSA´s website and return it to Secretary General Henk van Aller secgen@ibsasport.org by 15 March.

This will be the sixth edition of the event. The first one took place in Madrid, Spain, in 1998, followed by Quebec, Canada, in 2003; Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2007; Antalya, Turkey, in 2011; and Seoul, South Korea, in 2015.
