She took up the sport in 2006 in Belgorod, Russian Federation.
Why this sport?
"When I came to a shooting range for the first time, they suggested that I try shooting from all types of weapons. I realised that the pistol is not for me. I have very fragile hands and it's hard for me to hold it with one hand. The rifle is something that immediately suited me and I liked it."
