The 2015 IPC Powerlifting Open Americas Championships, a key qualification stop for Rio 2016, will be held in Mexico City, Mexico and will be the very first region-wide competition. Around 120 athletes from 25 countries will compete in the event which will be staged at Mexico City from 26 to 29 April 2015.
