When and where did you begin this sport?
He took up the sport about two years after his accident.
Why this sport?
He had always loved running and track events. He was supplied with his first running blades by the Challenged Athletes Foundation [CAF] after being introduced to the organisation by his prosthetist.

Injuries

Impairment
In April 2013 he was training a horse when it bucked, trapping his right leg in the stirrup, dragging him and breaking the tibia. After surgery he suffered from a staph infection and had to have the leg amputated above the knee. (kxii.com, 26 Jul 2016)
