Sport specific information

When and where did you begin this sport?
He began running at age 28.
Why this sport?
He took part in a distance race for fun, and found that he liked it and that it gave him confidence. "At first, it was not even a run but mostly a walk with some running in the middle, but I improved towards the end and my guide even had to let go for the last 100 metres because I ran too fast. At this point I understood that I was a sprinter. I felt that if I could run, I could do anything. I could work, I could have a girlfriend, I could make friends, I could do anything I wanted."
