Toyota and NPC Kazakhstan partner to promote Para sport

Toyota Motor Kazakhstan and the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) of Kazakhstan have signed a partnership agreement, in which Toyota will support in promoting Para sport and its values in the country.

With the partnership, Toyota will take an active part in large-scale information projects on the development of the Paralympic Movement and help in sharing the inspirational stories of Para athletes and how they use sport to challenge stereotypes, transform attitudes, and break down social barriers for people with an impairment.

Within the framework of co-operation, the automotive company will provide all possible support to the NPC and the team, including the provision of Toyota vehicles for the needs of the NPC with an annual renewal of the vehicle fleet.

Toyota and the NPC will promote the brand of the Kazakhstan Paralympic team at the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games, Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, as well as at other international sporting competitions until 2024.

President of the NPC of Kazakhstan, Kairat Boranbayev, added: "We are very pleased that Toyota company in partnership with the NPC will promote Paralympic sport in Kazakhstan. Toyota's values are very close to Paralympic values to make the world a better place for all people. For this, there is a sport which unites people from different spheres of life, it makes us all equal, and it helps us to become better. We thank our partners for their participation and support!"
