Sport specific information
When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up the sport in 2014 in Perlis, Malaysia.
Why this sport?
A friend got her involved in the sport. "Back in Sarawak, I used to work in a small coffee place. Funnily enough, that's how I first got into powerlifting. There were these two friends who always hung out there. One day, they approached me and invited me to try it out. During that time, all I could think about was my future and what I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. So I took the chance and went for the interview. I instantly fell in love with powerlifting, to the point where I trained for a year without pay."
