SEVEN-YEAR BREAK
She underwent back surgery in 2006, and did not return to swimming for the next seven years. She returned to the pool in May 2013, and competed at the 2013 World Dwarf Games in East Lansing, MI, United States of America, where she won a gold medal in the 50m breaststroke, silver in the 100m breaststroke, and a silver medal with the US women's football team.
