Why this sport?
He joined the Dream Hero project organised by the Paralympic Committee of Thailand. "In the project, there were many sports to choose from. When I was a soldier, I was a marksman. I was interested in shooting, and when I tried one or two shots I liked it. After that there was a scoring test that showed I ranked number one in the project and qualified. I went on to compete in a trial for the 2015 ASEAN Para Games."

Other information
He was recruited by vehicle parts manufacturer Bridgestone while training with the Paralympic Committee of Thailand's Dream Hero project. "I'm happy when people see the importance of Para athletes and support us. If I didn't have income from my full-time job at Bridgestone, I probably wouldn't have enough money to take care of myself, or use it for travel expenses, ammunition, and continuous training." Following his impairment, he initially worked cutting sugar cane and later became a fisherman before taking up shooting Para sport. "My obstacle after leaving the hospital was accepting my physical condition. My body would not be able to work as hard as before, but I forced myself to do it. I wanted to raise money to help my family. I started by cutting sugar cane. After five or six months the wound on my leg started to open because I moved all the time, then I switched to fishing. When I was on the boat, I heard on the radio about the Dream Hero project. They would provide opportunities for victims of unrest to become athletes, even those with no experience."
