UCI Para cycling track World Championships

Around 80 of the world’s best cyclists will travel to Los Angeles, USA, to compete at the sport’s most important event outside the Paralympic Games, from 2-5 March. More information can be found online.

World Wheelchair Curling Championship 2017

The event will take place in PyeongChang, South Korea, from 4-11 March and will serve as a Test Event for next year’s Paralympic Winter Games.

Youth Parapan American Games

The fourth Youth Parapans will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, between 20-25 March. Around 1,000 athletes, aged 12-21 years old, from more than 20 countries are expected to compete.

Alpine Skiing World Cups

The season will close with two World Cups in Asia. Hakuba, Japan, will stage the first from 5-7 March.

PyeongChang, South Korea, will host the finals between 9-18 March, which will also act as the Test Event for the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.

Snowboard World Cup Finals

PyeongChang, South Korea, will be the host city of this event from 8-13 March, which will serve as the Test Event for next year’s Paralympic Winter Games.

Nordic Skiing World Cups

The season’s third World Cup will take place in PyeongChang, South Korea, from 10-15 March and will serve as Test Event for next year’s Paralympic Winter Games. Sapporo, Japan, will host the World Cup Finals between 18-22 March.

World Para Athletics Grand Prix

The Grand Prix season will get underway in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 20-23 March, and will be the first step towards the highly-expected World Championships in London, Great Britain, between 14-23 July.

2017 World Para Swimming World Series

World Para Swimming will launch the World Series in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 11-12 March, bringing together some of the biggest competitions on the global calendar. It will also serve as preparation for the Mexico 2017 World Para Swimming Championships.

Alpine Skiing Europa Cup

Veysonnaz, Switzerland, will stage the last Europa Cup of the season from 29-31 March, with giant slalom, slalom and super combined events.

Snowboard Europa Cup

Rogla, Slovenia, will stage the Europa Cup Finals from 17-21 March, with snowboard-cross and banked slalom events.

Hungarian Open and Romanian Open

The Para table tennis season will continue with the Hungarian Open in Eger from 17-19 March, and will then move to the city of Cluj for the Romanian Open between 23-25 March. Full calendar.

Spanish Para Badminton International 2017

The sport’s first event of the year will take place in Alcudia, Spain, from 7-12 March.
